Streaks is excited to announce a partnership with Fanatics!
Perhaps the biggest winner of this partnership will be Streaks players, who will now be presented with a variety of prize options, including authentic apparel from their favorite teams.
Streaks prizing just got a considerable upgrade as we will be partnering with online sports retailer, Fanatics. Fanatics is the global leader in licensed sports merchandise and has rapidly expanded its scope to incorporate sports memorabilia, gaming, NFTs, and more. Over the past decade, Fanatics has developed official partnerships with all major American sports leagues (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, MLS), accumulating rights to produce authentic jerseys and other merchandise.
In 2017, Fanatics surpassed Nike as the largest maker and seller of player merchandise. In 2021, Fanatics acquired the exclusive rights to manufacture trading cards for the NFL, NBA, and MLB. In January 2022, they followed their expansion into trading cards by acquiring The Topps Company, Inc. for a reported $500 Millon. Most recently, in February 2022, Fanatics acquired fellow sports retail company Mitchell and Ness, which is known for producing throwback jerseys, for $250 Million.
"Fanatics consistently pushes their horizons by identifying new exciting spaces within and beyond the sports retail industry," said Streaks Chief Marketing Officer, David Raphael.
Perhaps the biggest winner of this partnership will be Streaks players, who will now be presented with a variety of prize options, including authentic apparel from their favorite teams, trading cards, and other exciting prizes such as a player-autographed mini-helmet for the winner of the Streaks Super Bowl contest. Streaks is delighted to be able to grow alongside Fanatics and incorporate any of their future developments into our gaming or prize offerings.
